Custom and personalized work

Some things should be made for one family, one table, or one organization. That work is commissioned directly.

Custom projects are limited and scheduled in advance, because each one is written rather than assembled. Below is what we take on and roughly what it involves. Every project starts with a conversation and a written quote before any money changes hands.

Personalized adventure

From $149

A tabletop session written around your group: their characters, the campaign they are in, and the thing you have been building toward. Delivered as a formatted PDF you can run as written.

Family history book

From $600

Your interviews, photographs, and records formatted into a real book with a cover, a contents page, and print-ready files. You supply the material; we build the book.

Organization edition

Quoted per project

An existing SovaraWorks resource rewritten for your congregation, school, or company, with your language, your schedule, and your branding on the cover.

How a project runs

  • Conversation. You describe what you want and when you need it.
  • Written quote. Scope, price, revision rounds, and delivery date in writing.
  • Deposit. Half to schedule the work, half on delivery.
  • Draft and revisions. Two rounds are included in every quote.
  • Delivery. Final files, in the formats agreed in the quote.

What we will not do

We do not take projects that require inventing family history we cannot verify, and we do not take work that conflicts with what SovaraWorks is for. If a project is a poor fit, we will say so early rather than take a deposit.
