What we collect
- Email address and first name, when you request a free resource or subscribe.
- Order information, when you buy: the products, the amount, and the email on the order.
- Interest selections, so we send you email about the paths you chose.
- Usage data, such as which pages and products are viewed, in aggregate.
What we do not collect
We never see or store your full card number. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe. We do not collect information about children, and our products are sold to adults.
How we use it
- To deliver the files you requested or bought.
- To send email you consented to receive, segmented by the interests you chose.
- To answer support requests.
- To understand which products are useful, so we make more of what works.
What we will never do
We do not sell your information. We do not rent or trade our email list. We do not add you to a list because you bought something, unless you checked the box asking us to.
Who processes data for us
- Stripe for payments.
- Mailjet for email delivery and list management.
- Our hosting provider, for the site itself.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing [email protected], and we will confirm when it is done. Deleting your record does not remove your order history where we are required to keep it for tax purposes.
Cookies
We use the minimum needed to keep a cart working and to count page views in aggregate. We do not run advertising trackers.
