What this is

Stuff I Didn’t Need is a discovery site for weird, clever, funny, and surprisingly useful products from Amazon and across the web. Think of it as a running list of things nobody strictly needs but plenty of people are delighted to own \u2014 gifts, gadgets, and oddities worth a second look.

How we pick finds

Every item earns its spot by being interesting in at least one direction: strange enough to share, useful enough to keep, or giftable enough to solve a birthday. We score each find on a few honest dimensions \u2014 weirdness, usefulness, giftability, and impulse appeal \u2014 so you can tell at a glance what kind of thing you’re looking at.

Finds vs. reviews

We’re careful about one distinction:

• A find is a product we discovered and curated. We haven’t necessarily used it.
• A review means we actually bought it, used it, and can tell you what we noticed.

We never imply hands-on testing unless it’s true. Review pages say so plainly, and often include video.
